From Pain to Purpose – Linet’s Story

Linet joined Worshipers Assembly Church – Exploits Worship Centre – Kitale in April, burdened by many challenges_she was battling ulcers, facing financial hardship, and her life seemed stuck. Her greatest desire was for God to bless her financially so she could rise to become a business mogul.

But God had a different plan.

During one of our Covenant Services, the man of God, Apostle Charles Byegon, preached powerfully on #repentance, emphasizing that true repentance begins with forgiveness. He instructed the congregation that before anyone repents, they must first forgive those who have wronged them.

For over two years, Linet had been #separated from her husband. Forgiveness was never in her plans,she had written him off. But that day, something shifted in her heart through the Word. She chose to forgive.

After the service, she met with Apostle Charles and expressed a deep desire for her marriage to be restored. The man of God prayed with her and declared, “Within 14 days, your husband will come looking for you.”

To the glory of God, even before the 14 days were over, her husband began #calling—seeking to meet and talk. When they met, Linet insisted that before they reconciled, they had to see Apostle Charles Byegon together.

The husband agreed. They both met with Apostle, and in that meeting, something powerful happened—the husband surrendered his life to Christ, and their marriage was fully #restored.

Today, they are living joyfully together, a testimony of God’s power to restore what was broken.
